My name is Alexis Long Burhenn, and I am based in Austin, Texas. I’m so glad you are here!
I am an intuitive empath, and highly sensitive to energy. I have a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from The University of South Carolina, I am a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, certified Crystal Healer, certified Chakra Healer, and certified Sound Healer. I am also a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and Practitioner.
I have almost 10 years of corporate recruiting experience at FTI Consulting, Instacart, and most recently, Google. After being affected by the massive tech layoffs in 2023, I took a long, hard look at my life and my soul’s purpose.
Through years of reiki, crystal healing, meditation, traditional talk therapy, shadow work, inner child work, breath work, life coaching, workshops, and an impactful past life regression, I finally realized my passion is helping others self-heal through spiritual energy work.
You are choosing to do the work, I am simply a vessel of life energy, and a safe space in order to help facilitate your healing.
My approach:
My approach is gentle, compassionate, and collaborative. My healings are unique, and tailored for each individual. I facilitate healings through a variety of healing modalities including guided meditation, reiki (hands on and hands off), crystals, chakra balancing, sound healing, oracle readings, and beyond. I mainly focus on the seven energy centers (known as chakras), but also do targeted body work if there is a specific area where you need TLC. When I do targeted work, I give you the tools so you are able to deeply connect and communicate with this body part and understand its needs. Our body constantly communicates to us, but we rarely slow down enough to listen and communicate back. This time is for you to heal, for you to feel supported, and for you to love yourself.
If you aren’t interested in reiki, crystals, or chakras, I also guide and teach classes on meditation and mindfulness.
I am flexible and adaptable to your needs. I like to build strong relationships with my clients, and have always learned to put my client’s needs first through my corporate experience. I have interviewed thousands of candidates over the past decade, and have had over 100 hiring managers, all with different needs, personalities, and ways of working.
I love empowering others to be the best versions of themselves no matter where you are in your healing journey. Since opening my business, most of my clients are consistent with sessions so our relationship and bond naturally deepens over time. My clients typically see me every 2-6 weeks, and I am available for support via text.
While I am not a doctor or a psychologist, my work pairs extremely well in tandem with cognitive behavioral therapy.
My goal is to support you, and help you realize how much you truly love yourself! I am always continuing my education around healing modalities and teaching, so that I can best support every client and their unique needs.
My Offerings:
In-Person Mobile Signature Healing (local to ATX only)
Every healing is unique, intuitive, and customized to the individual. I travel to your home, set up our healing space, and conduct a healing session. The first session can take up to 2 hours, and the following sessions generally take about 90 minutes (this includes 15 minutes of setting up, 60 minutes of healing, and 15 minutes of breaking down).

Virtual Signature Healing
I utilize the same method of healing as I do for in person sessions, except they are virtual! The first session usually lasts around an hour and 15 minutes (this includes time spent getting to know each other, answering questions, etc.), and the following sessions are 60 minutes.

In Person/Virtual Group Meditation Classes and Healing Events
I am available for group meditation events and continuous classes. I teach about the history of meditation, various forms, and guide meditations. There is the option to add in various additional modalities like sound healing and group Reiki. Please submit an inquiry for pricing.
Crystal Shopping Appointment
I bring crystals to client sessions for purchase.
I also offer 1:1 and group crystal shopping appointments! I will travel to you for this shopping experience. $100 minimum.
